Some of the documents presented here are made available by some of their authors in order to contribute to the timely dissemination of the results of their research on a non-commercial basis. The copyright (together with other related rights) is retained by the authors and/or by the copyright owners, inspite the fact that the results of research are presented here in electronic form. Some of the documents available on this site were produced using commercial software. They were converted to .pdf files (free reader available from Adobe) using freely available AFPL Ghostscript and Ghostview software.

The images were processed with the Gimp. The format for all the pictures is either PNG or JPEG, both free.

All the .html files were generated with emacs under GNU/Linux. The source files conform to the strict specifications of XHTML 1.0, according to the XHTML Validator, and the style sheet conforms to CSS2, according to the CSS Validator (logos below).

The information contained on these pages is for consultation only and cannot be modified or used, in particular to enrich commercial or advertising databases.
