Résumé: "Data is a precious thing and will last longer than the systems themselves" this is what Tim Berners-Lee said about today's situation of data. Clearly, data is increasing and there is much more now than ever before. Without taking into account the "quality" of this data, internet users actually desire to access data easier and quicker than ever before. As a result, Linked Open Data was created to become a revolution of only human-readable collection of documents, being published online to be the machine-readable data, that Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI) is the means of connection. Linked data quality is multi-dimensional measurement of different main dimensions and domains. In this work, we introduce our observation to better understand the linked data. We aim to propose tools to measure a facet or an aspect of linked data quality dimensions, such as completeness and conciseness. Finally, we conduct an experiment to evaluate the proposed approaches. However, experiments will have to be done on real data.
