[TPM16] Maintenance & support management by Function point analysis

Résumé:
The purpose of this paper proposes an approach by the Function point which completes the budgetary dimension with the notion of functional size. Indeed, the ratio "Person-days / Function point" approaches the question of work effort not theoretically but on the efficiency of their use with regard to a volume of functionalities. This study is done on the basis of business cases.
