Résumé:
A frequent problem in any large bike-sharing system is that docking stations are empty, when someone is looking for a bike, or completely full when one wants to return it. Therefore, the profilerizarion of quality of service level for each station or group-of-stations can effectively help the users to schedule their trips and service providers to design the redistribution of bikes in advance. Big Data techniques provide a unique insight to analyze mobility patterns and to display the quality of service provided on bike-shared networks.
