Résumé: PLS path modeling is becoming important in marketing research and practice. Within the framework of this approach, we investigate how to build a structural model to maximize its predictive quality, rather than to confirm a theory. We propose a new approach within the PLS-PM framework to answer that question. We illustrate our approach using a customer satisfaction survey. We compare the results of our method with the results of three other approaches.
