[BBAb13] Exploiting concurrency for the ESB architectureConférence Internationale avec comité de lecture : International Conference on Engineering of Complex Computer Systems (ICECCS 2013), October 2013, pp.84-88,Mots clés: service oriented architecture(SOA); Massively parallel processing; Multithreading;
Résumé:
Enterprise service bus (ESB) is currently the most promising approach for business application integration in distributed and heterogeneous environments.
Several commercial or open source ESB-based solutions have been proposed. To the best of our knowledge, none of these solutions has integrated the parallel processing by taking advantage of the multicore/multiprocessor technologies and thus improving greatly the ESB performance. In this paper, after describing the most important features of an enterprise service bus, we present a new massively parallel ESB (MPESB) architecture that meets this challenge.
