Résumé: In modern professional life, mental health prevention and promotion have become a major challenge for decision-makers. Devising appropriate actions require better understanding the role played by each work-related psychosocial factor (PSF). Thereby, taking into account the impact of each PSF on mental health (importance) is necessary but remains insufficient. Indeed, the frequency of occurrence of each PSF in the workplace (performance) is also important to consider for decision making. The aim of this study was to present a new approach to hierarchize PSFs considering jointly their importance and their performance.
