• To download only the TaxoMap alignment software (linux & windows): TaxoMapAlign-3.5.tar.gz
• To download the complete Framework (linux & windows): TaxoMapFrame-3.5.tar.gz

Installation

Prerequisites

• Java 1.6 or later: Java 1.6
• Perl (only for windows): Perl

$> tar xzf TaxoMapFrame-3.5.tar.gz
$> cd TaxoMapFrame-3.5
$> java -jar TaxoMapFrame3_5.jar
