Résumé: We present the principal concepts of structural equation modeling and a comparison between the two main approaches: PLS (Partial Least Square) and LISREL (Linear Structural Relationship). A structural model uses 2 types of models: the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). An application to real life data on customer satisfaction is given.
